Alternatively, you can send your unwanted items back to us using a recorded postal service at a convenient time for you and we can refund you immediately. However, it may take 5 – 7 days for your bank to process the money.

If you receive your item damaged, we will require you to notify us within 24 hours of receipt and photographic evidence will be required. A refund or replacement will be offered.

We’ll either refund the cash onto the original payment method or offer you an exchange.

Delivery is usually next working day for mainland UK at a cost of £5.99 + VAT.

For International and Scottish Highlands a slight delay in delivery times may occur, for all stocked items and charged dependent on delivery postcode, using Royal Mail tracked services at a cost of £14.99 + VAT.

We are happy to arrange for delivery of the Goods on your behalf other than by our usual means, however, any additional charges involved will need to be borne by you.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver Goods within the estimated timescales, delays are, however, occasionally inevitable as they may depend, among other things, on availability of the Goods. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods where the delay is beyond our control.
